As part of our commitment to our clients and maintaining the best possible quality and KPIs we always keep a close eye on their Google Ads account. This is done formally and informally. This check is a formally scheduled check that takes place weekly for all client accounts.

The objective of this weekly check is to make sure that all clients meet certain baseline KPIs, and to inform the paid team on what needs focus, tasks that need to be completed, or accounts that need more attention. The weekly check also serves an important oversight function as many small mistakes, budget errors, or mis-performing KPIs are caught and fixed during the check process.

The checks are structured the same way that a Google Ads account is structured.

These checks are done on Mondays and normally take about an hour for each Google Ad Account, depending on the size and complexity of the account, and we aim to have them complete by the weekly paid media meeting, at 1pm EST.

The checks are done by one paid media specialist and we normally switch off the responsibility each week so everyone gets a chance at the fun!

Once the checks are completed they are emailed to the Paid Media Manager. The entire team reviews the checks together in that day's paid media meeting. From this review actions are created and assigned to team members as needed.
