What is Pixel?

The Facebook pixel is code that is placed on a website. It collects data that helps track conversions from Facebook ads, optimize ads, build targeted audiences for future ads, and remarket to people who have already taken some kind of action on a client website.

It works by placing and triggering cookies to track users as they interact with a website and Facebook ads.

The way we use FB ads and pixel is set up similar to how the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, aka CMS, uses it, which means our strategy is HIPAA compliant. You may see articles that speak on how pixel is not compliant, which is true if not set up similar to how CMS runs it.
