Our Facebook strategy is unique in the field of behavioral health. We follow a sophisticated direct response strategy rooted in the psychological understanding of different groups seeking care and where they are in their patient journey.

Any strategy, Facebook or otherwise, requires us to understand these 3 things:

1) What is our Objective?

2) Who is our Audience?

- What are their pain points?

- What are their desires?

- What life experiences do they have that we can relate to?

- What language do they use and what common stories do they share?

- Where are they in the patient journey process?

- What platforms/channels are they on and at what stage of the patient journey on each channel?

3) What imagery and messaging should we be using related to 1 and 2?
